By investigating labor rights sanctioned in the various protection systems, national and international rules and regulations, to identify measures for its guardianship and tutelage, including the traditional concept of job stability and its consequences in the labor world. Finally, after studying Inter-American Court for Human Rights Sentence (CIDH) from August 31st, 2017 in the Case: Lagos del Campo vs. Peru, related to progressivity of social rights and job stability, it is concluded that the right to work is not foreign to progressivity, and so emerges work stability as an adjacent labor right and as a measure of protection, developing a new concept inserted in this reality: the right to technological work stability. |

Investigando la consagración del derecho al trabajo en los diversos sistemas de protección, tanto en la normativa nacional como en la internacional específica en la materia, se identifican medidas de tutela y protección, entre ellas el concepto de estabilidad laboral y sus consecuencias en el mundo del trabajo.
