Description
Summary:Labor as a progressive Human Right which endures despite the digital and technological revolutions, projects to the recognition of the right to job stability included in the human right to labor. By investigating labor rights sanctioned in the various protection systems, national and international rules and regulations, to identify measures for its guardianship and tutelage, including the traditional concept of job stability and its consequences in the labor world. Finally, after studying Inter-American Court for Human Rights Sentence (CIDH) from August 31st, 2017 in the Case: Lagos del Campo vs. Peru, related to progressivity of social rights and job stability, it is concluded that the right to work is not foreign to progressivity, and so emerges work stability as an adjacent labor right and as a measure of protection, developing a new concept inserted in this reality: the right to technological work stability.
