Bajo ese marco, en junio de 2022 ingresó al Parlamento uruguayo un proyecto de reforma modificativo de la Ley Uruguaya de Sociedades Comerciales N° 16.060 que procura realizar cambios sustanciales al régimen vigente en materia de sociedades comerciales. En este trabajo se analizan los 22 cambios propuestos más importantes, a través de la presentación y desarrollo de las soluciones vigentes y su comparación con las soluciones proyectadas en cada uno de los temas.O direito societário uruguaio está actualmente a passar por um processo de renovação. Neste âmbito, em Junho de 2022, foi apresentado ao Parlamento uruguaio um projecto de alteração à Lei das Sociedades Comerciais uruguaia n.º 16.060, que visa introduzir alterações substanciais no actual regime das sociedades comerciais.
