Within this framework, in June 2022, a draft amendment to the Uruguayan Law of Commercial Companies No. 16.060 was submitted to the Uruguayan Parliament, which seeks to make substantial changes to the current regime of commercial companies. This paper analyses the 22 most important proposed changes, through the presentation and development of the current solutions and their comparison with the projected solutions in each of the issues. |
