Iatrogenicsis a factor that should be taken into account since pathology of edema is becoming increasingly more frequent. Reference is made to the role of surgicalstimulation and of surgical and anesthetic techniques in socalled "shocking" operations and to an adequate assessment of the timeliness of the operation.According to the author, clinics is the fundamental method for assessing volemia and attention should be centered in cell metabolism. |
