Shrnutí:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in conjunction withavailable experience in 600 cases involves a lowmorbidity procedure in elective surgery and inwe/1-trained hands.lts indications have notoriously expanded and itscombination with endoscopic surgery enables a correctmanagement of the main biliary pathway.lt is demonstrated that vesicular effraction has lessrelevance as regards postoperative infections than therelease of calculi.The causes and number of conversions is analyzed. lt isconcluded that laparoscopic cholecystectomy is thetreatment of choice far biliary lithiasis in most cases.
