Comparative study of two series of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy performed by the same surgical team

The autors compared the results of two series of openand laparoscopic cholecistectomy, during same period oftime.Laparocopic cholecistectomy showed more benefits thanthe open one. These patients were most confortable alterthe operation, with less internation time and lesscomplications.
