Presentó fractura de escápula y de arcos costales izquierdos. Tumefacción en glúteo izquierdo, que en la evolución aumento de tamaño, evidenciando al examen físico extensa equimosis en dorso y glúteos, fluctuante a la palpación. Descenso progresivo de la hemoglobina que requirió reposición hematimétrica.Apresentamos o caso de uma mulher de 46 anos, sem antecedentes médicos relevantes, que sofreu um acidente de bicicleta, sendo arrastada por um autocarro e sofrendo uma lesão por cisalhamento. Apresentava fratura da omoplata esquerda e das costelas. Havia edema na nádega esquerda, que aumentou de tamanho com o tempo, revelando extensa equimose nas costas e nádegas ao exame físico, com flutuação à palpação.
