Se relata la historia de un paciente al que se le resecó un Jlipernefroma y durante 16 años hizo metástasis sucesivas en varios órganos pero sobreviv,e actualmente. Aparecieron metástasis metácronas cronológicamente alejadas: en tiroides a los 11 años, en pulmón a los 13 años, en duod-eno a los 16 años y en tiroides nuevamente a los 17 años después d-e la nefrectomía. Se destaca la excepcionalidad de la localización duodenal.
