Shrnutí:This article deals with the analysis of judgment No. 383/2018 ruled by the Court for Administrative Matters, on September 20th, 2018, which confirms the administrative act issued by the National Administration of Power Plants and Electric Transmissions. Said ruling applied a disciplinary sanction to three officials due to the detection of irregularities in their participation in an administrative contracting procedure. The article analyzes the breach of the principles applicable in such procedures, as well as the usual check-ups to which public officials are subject.
