| Samenvatting: | Between March 1992 and Ju/y 1993 58 patients with anaverage age of 36 years who carried non-complicatedinguinal hernias were operated on by means ofJaparoscopy with modified L Schultz technique. In 2cases herniary pathology on the right was associated toJeft varocele; in the same procedure ligation withoutsection of the left spermatic vein was performed withgood results. In the follow-up which continuen up to thepresent, there was only 1 case of recidive (1,7%) wichoccurred 2 months after the operation. There was lowmorbility; slight disurin due to bladder catheter, palpa/ionof the polypropilene cone and abdominal pain due topneumoperitoneum |
