Simultaneous or successive resections of pancreas and colon due to tumors of both organs, colon carcinomas infiltrating duodenum and caudal pancreas invading left colon

Two patients with cancer of the right colonfistulized in duodenum underwentsimultaneous right hemico/ectomies andcephalic duodenopancreatectomies. Therewere no important post-operativecomplications and they are both alive elevenand ten years after surgery
