The preventive embargo with respect to de facto administrators in the Bankruptcy Process Law

This work will analyze the embargo of de facto administrators from the perspective of the Bankruptcy Process Law in harmony with the General Code of Procedure, from its origin, as well as its requirements and appealability, in contrast to the de jure administrator.
