En ambas situaciones son puntos encontroversia el momento adecuado de sucomienzo, y si la indicación precoz condicionaríamayor beneficio terapéutico .para el paciente. Esasí que el rápido avance de la investigaciónclínica abre una nueva vía a recorrer ahora conla quimioterapia previa a la cirugía oneoadyuvante.
