Zusammenfassung:The article analyzes the novel Huaco retrato by the Peruvian writer Gabriela Wiener and proposes, in its development, to think about the transgender condition of this work, marking the intersections between the novel, the chronicle and autofiction within the framework of a tradition that is inscribed in Latin American narrative. Likewise, the reading allowed us to identify four main axes in which the texture of Wiener's work is tied: filiation, identity, desire and migration. With them, a reading hypothesis is proposed that gathers concepts of self-writing with the subjectivity marks of the narrator, in line with the tradition embedded in the writing of the author.
