Desmoid fibroma of the anterior abdominal wall with intraperitoneal multivisceral invasion, parietovisceral resection, fascia lata plasty
This is the case history of a large desmoid fibroma of the anterior abdominal wall with multivisceral infiltration, which was resected together with invaded visceral sectors. The loss of sustance of the wall was covered by a free flap of fascia lata. Evolution was good.
