Leiomyosarcoma of the esophagus

Esophageal leíomyosarcoma is an ínfrequent non-epthelíal malígnante tumor very díffícult to díagnose preoperatívely. The diagnosis is based on baríum swallow, endoscopy and bíopsy. CTsean can be helpful for stagíng.
