Severe contusions of the pancreas: about 2 observations
Two clinical observations of serious contusion of the pancreas are analyzed. An evaluation is made of clinical and paraclinical elements which permit its diagnosis. The general therapeutic indications to be followed in the treatment of these traumatisms, is considered.
