Sometido a lobectomía tubtotal derecha e ismectomía, la anatomía patológica demostró su naturaleza amiloide. El estudio de la bibliografía permitió establecer que el bociouninodular amiloide, como expresión de una Amiloidosis sistémica, es infrecuente. Su res,ección quirúrgica está justificada ante, la sospechade neoplasia o an,te la severidad de las manifestaciones locales.
