Púrpura agudo trombocitopénico esencial: Su tratamiento
En el año 1916, Kaznelson hizo realizar la primera esplenectomía por Shoffler, de Praga, para lograr la cura de un púrpura trombocitopénico esencial, considerando que el bazo actuaba en tal afección, verificando "una selectiva secuestración de trombocitos".
