| Sumari: | A multiparous patient who had undergone hysterectomytour years earlier due to myomatosis, is seen because ofa so/id tumor of right iliac fossa, not very painful, whichcaused hydronephrosis and obstruction of the rightexterna/ iliac vein.The tumor, which was so/id and well limited, wasresected together with part of the right iliac veins and afragment of urether.The ureteral stump was reimplanted in the bladder. Thetumor disection took the vaginal stump to the placewhere it was implanted. lt was interpreted as a deepretroperitoneal fibromatosis originated in the vaginalstump and remains of the cervix. Evolution after threeyears was exce//ent. |
