El hallazgo común en los pacientes con Tetralogíade Fallot es el mal alineamiento e hipoplasiadel septum infundibular del cual resulta ungran defecto septal ventricular por la desconexiónentre la crista supraventricularis y la partesuperior de la banda septal.
