Evolution was good in spite of mutilations.Los autores relatan un caso de amputación traumática de hemipelvis y miembro inferior derecho y pene en un accid,ente de automóvil en el que quedó atrapado el miembro inferior ·mientras el paciente -era despedido. Fue operado de urgencia. Se completó la amputación y la hemóstasis r-eparando la vejiga. y uretra. El cierre cutáneo se hizo con un colgajo rotado. Se practicó una colostomia definitiva d-ada la pérdida del -esfínter y estructuras del periné posterior.
