| Shrnutí: | This paper will critically examine certain aspects of German romantic-idealist philosophy as it relates to the gestation of a very specific idea of nationhood. The analysis will focus on Wilhelm von Humboldt, Herder, Hegel and Fichte. It will be shown that the theoretical proposals of these four distinguished figures of Germanic thought contributed decisively to forging a certain idea of culture, which in turn was connected with a particular conception of language. From this philosophical and ideological universe, a type of nationalism with its own characteristics took shape in German thought. It should be noted that the work will be based, to a large extent, on the critical approaches of the Spanish philosopher Gustavo Bueno. |
