La situación que se nos ha presentado de forma ineludible ha llevado a que paulatinamente -y en algunos casos de forma abrupta- debamos enfrentarnos y adaptarnos a esta “nueva realidad”. En medio de un período de grandes desafíos, el ámbito laboral y el mundo empresarial han sido, particularmente, escenario de grandes transformaciones. En este contexto, las empresas, necesitadas de nuevas formas de organización y funcionamiento, han debido readaptarse estructuralmente de manera constante, siendo la buena gestión humana empresarial la clave para sobrellevar la situación de crisis y mitigar sus impactos negativos. A pandemia causada pelo COVID-19, tem impactado a sociedade, gerando importantes e impensáveis modificações em todos os âmbitos das nossas vidas. A situação que nos foi apresentada de forma inevitável, paulatinamente, e em alguns casos de forma abrupta, nos levou a nos adaptar a uma nova realidade”. Em meio a tantos desafios, o ambiente corporativo e o mundo empresarial, particularmente, tem sofrido grandes transformações. Nesse contexto, as empresas sentiram a necessidade de implementar novas formas de organização e funcionamento, necessitando se readaptar constantemente em relação à sua estrutura.
