The papel includes a brief review of coin lesions.Se presenta el caso de un paciente áe 38 años portador de una lesión moneda de, hallazgo radiológico que se intervino con el diagnóstico presuntivo de Neoplasma.Intra-operatoriamente se pensó en una secuela hidática, error que fue subsanado por la biopsia extemporánea que mostró un adenocarcinoma,por lo que insistimos en su importancia. Se practicó lobectomía inferior derecha.
