Nace con el objetivo de minimizar el riesgo a los emprendedores en dicho rubro ofreciendo instalaciones habilitadas y servicios para que el cocinero logre emprender o potenciar su negocio. Será mucho más que un alquiler de cocina, será un espacio donde los emprendedores puedan comenzar y expandir sus proyectos perteneciendo a la red de cocineros más grande de Uruguay. La empresa tendrá un local físico con 21 cocinas, espacios de reuniones y esparcimiento para fomentar la red. La estrategia de precios fijada maximiza los precios comparando las alternativas existentes de alquiler y servicios. Se operará en el horario de 08 am a 00 am de lunes a domingos, ofreciendo alquileres en módulos de entre dos y ocho horas dependiendo de las necesidades de cada cocinero. Los ingresos de la empresa serán los derivados del alquiler del espacio de cocinas, que incluye los servicios de limpieza y seguridad.
