Sin embargo, la tasa de adopción de vehículos eléctricos en muchos países es relativamente baja y varía considerablemente entre países desarrollados y en desarrollo. En los mercados emergentes, los actores clave deben conocer las barreras más significativas que impiden su masificación para determinar qué políticas podrían implementarse para impulsar su adopción.
