En el otro el tumor invadía además el colon, al cual infiltraba y ocluía. En el primer casoexistía también una hemorragia digestiva masiva. Se hizo gastrectomía intrahem.orrágica sin éxito. En el segundo el tumor gástrico estaba perforado en el peritoneo. Se transformó la perforación en gastrostomía y se hizo una colostom.ía transversa para tratar-- la oclusión del intest!no grueso.
