Todospresentaban severa descompensación hemodinámica alingreso.Los aneurismas habían sido diagnosticados previamenteen 9 casos, pero la operación se había descartado por laedad avanzada de los pacientes y contraindicaciones delpunto de vista médico.Seis fallecieron.
