A case of bladder traumatic hernia that apperaed immediatelyalter a motor vehicle accident is presented.lis origin was the disruption of both rectus abdominismuscles from the pubic junction. Sorne considerationsabout pathology, diagnosis and therapeutic of traumalíewall hernia are done.
