We point out the importance nd necessity of the orgnization as well as he coordination in order to Practise transplants with cadaveric kidneys.The whole national repors aboutkidney transplantation is presented, as well as a selection of foreing repors refering or urological management and results of the Procedure.Though the number and ime of following of our casuistic are short for a good correlation with foreing results, no significative differences are observed. This group of patiens has gíven us experience in many of the particular instances that are often observed in this type of surgery. |
