Refiere haber tenido sensación de saciedad precoz después de comer y distensión abdominal posprandial. Perdió 20 kg durante este período.Paciente solteira, 26 anos, apresentou dor em queimação não irradiada na região epigástrica, associada à intolerância a alimentos gordurosos, há aproximadamente 6 meses. A dor era ocasional e havia piorado nos últimos 10 dias. Relatou sensação de saciedade precoce após as refeições e distensão abdominal pós-prandial.
