While making anesophagogastroduodenum study, the bronchial tree wasfilled, showing the presence of an ample gastrobronchialfistula. Fibrogastroscopy certified the existence of cancerof the gastric fundus fistulized through the diaphragm. Thepatient died in septic state before being operated on. |
