Juvenile massive fibroadenoma

The authors present a new case of juvenile massivefibroadenoma involving almos/ al/ the breas/ in a 14 yearold patient. They analise diagnostic difficulties andsurgical treatment adopted in this case: ubcutaneousmastectomy and breas/ reconstruction with siliconprothesis and its aesthetic result.
