El proyecto gira en torno a un emprendimiento ya existente y reconocido en la zona como es el restaurante Estación Penitente. La etapa inicial analizada en este plan consta de 7 bungalós independientes y un centro de eventos para 50 personas. Se destacan las vistas de las sierras, un jacuzzi exterior en cada bungaló, una piscina abierta y una construcción amigable con el ambiente. Además, se ofrecerán actividades recreativas como trekkings y excursiones. Para la gastronomía se contará con el actual restaurante como socio clave.
