Aneurysm of the superior mesenteric artery successfully treated with restoration of circulation
A case of aneurysm of the upper mesenteric artery in a young (male) patient having the Marfán-syndrome is presented. The case was successfully treated by ligating the afferent and efferent arterial branches and placing of an autogenous graft for re-establishing circulation
