Finally, answers to that critics shall be proposed.Este artículo intenta una explicación de la tesis de la corrección y del caso especial de Robert Alexy y qué respuestas es posible conducir a una de las críticas más prestigiosas que se han elevado en su contra, cual es la que Jürgen Habermas le dirige en su obra Facticidad y Validez[1]. Para ello se explicarán las cuestiones imprescindibles para comprender el concepto de Derecho que brota de esta teoría y los principales argumentos para demostrarla. A continuación, se presentarán las tesis centrales del iuspositivismo metodológico, con el objeto de introducir las principales críticas desplegadas por Habermas respecto de la tesis alexiana del caso especial y de la vinculación entre Derecho y Justicia.
