| Sumari: | lnitial experience in endoscopic drainage of biliar viae ispresented. Two techniques were used: externa/ EBD withnasobi/iar probe in two patients and interna/ EBD orendoprosthesis en 3 cases. In the two externa/ EBD casesthe indication was cholangitis due to lithiasis. Interna/ EBDwas employed in a case of biliar viae stenosis due topancreatic neoplasm in one case and due to ga/1-bladderneoplasm in another, and a case of choledochal lithiasiswith surgica/ counterindications. Very good initial resultswere obtained for externa/ EBD in cholangitis and interna/EBD in neop/asms. Long-termaresults in this last groupmust be eva/uated. |
