Beskrivelse
Summary:Facing locoregional infection as the main complication ofparanqulmal suture of bleeding splenic lesion, comtaminationas etiological factor is presented and ischemia, suturematerial acting as foreign body, crushing and elcctrocoagulationare studied as allowing mechanisms. An study in 25dogs, grouped in 5 series, through bacteriological and patologicalexaminations, is performed·. The authors concludethat parenquimal ischemia is the factor that, in major percentile, predispose to esplenic infection, been the responsiblegermen the staphilococus aureus in ali cases.
