Se presenta un modelo para ilustrar como los programas de vivienda, al disminuir el riesgo de expropiación otorgando la propiedad, aumentan las inversiones en el hogar y potencian otras formas de gasto, como la educación y la salud. Se estudian nueve comunidades.
