We don't object the performance of paramedial incisions to normal grown-up children spécially when the have traumatic disturbances. |

We don't object the performance of paramedial incisions to normal grown-up children spécially when the have traumatic disturbances. a) Aconsejamos las incisiones transversas, en los problemas oclusivos del recién nacido. b) Las oblicuas, sólo pueden ser usadas cuando el diagnóstico es preciso, porqueel campo es limitado. c) En caso de vernos obligados a utilizar incisiones verticales, la de la piel no debe coincidir con la de los planos profundos, siendo éstas en "Y" o en "Z".d) Estos conceptos son absolutos, en nuestra opinión personal, para el recién nacido y el lactante de menos de 1 año y aconsejables en la primera infancia. e) Cuando en la segunda infancia haya trastornos metabólicos, enfermedades catabolizantes, medicación con cortisona o posibilidad de íleo intestinal prolongado, aconsejamos tomar en cuenta estos conceptos y usarlos en los abordajes quirúrgicos de estas edades.
