Se constata lapresencia de micobacterias atípicas (variedad Vaccae)que siendo oportunistas infectan sobre bajas condicionesgenerales y/o locales. Se insiste sobre la rnrezade los mesoteliomas peritoneales diagnosticándolosgeneralmente en la laparotomía exploradora.
