Two cases are discussed.El absceso de páncreas es una entidad anatomo-clínica poco frecuente y de alta mortalidad, secundaria a pancreatitis necrótico-hemorrágicas y traumáticas. Se caracteriza por sutendencia invasora, pudiendo comprometer cualquiera de las vísceras vecinas e incluso abrirse en peritoneo.
