Description
Summary:Revascu/arization of foot arteries was carried out in 20patients, most of them diabetic, who presented footischemia, with trophic lesions in 90% andlor pain duringrest in 60%. Ali of them had femoral pulse, 40% hadpopliteal pulse, none had posterior tibia/ or dorsal of footone. The severity of hemodynamic disturbances wasevaluated by means of Doppler and Photopletismography.Al/ patients presented leg axis occlusion. There were 80%favorable results with foot preservation and inmediateperambulation. There was only one occlusion in evolutivecontrols that range from 1 to 36 months. 5 patients havedied due to heart factors.
