We believe that the mediation, despite the difficulties of implementation which it faces, will manage to settle little by little turning into the way of doing justice that allows, not only one major proximity between the State and its citizens, but also a new way of making Law a new paradigm in which the citizens feel truly integrated. |

El tema ofrece a nuestro juicio particular importancia, por cuanto nos lleva a postular la necesidad de que el Derecho y la Justicia se adapten a las continuas transformaciones sociales ofreciendo una forma innovadora de abordar los inevitables conflictos jurídicos. Creemos que la mediación, pese a las dificultades de implementación a las que se enfrenta, conseguirá asentarse poco a poco convirtiéndose en una forma de hacer justicia que permita, no sólo una mayor proximidad entre el Estado y sus ciudadanos, sino también una nueva forma de hacer Derecho, un nuevo paradigma en el que los ciudadanos se sientan verdaderamente integrados.Propomos a refletir sobre o papel de mediação antes das alterações da sociedade dos nossos dias. O tópico fornece em nossa particular importância de vista, porque leva-na postular a necessidade que a lei e a justiça se adaptam às transformações sociais em curso para oferecer uma forma inovadora de lidar com as inevitáveis disputas legais. Acreditamos que a mediação, apesar das dificuldades de implementação que rostos, vai ficar sentado gradualmente está se tornando uma forma de Justiça que permite, não só uma maior proximidade entre o estado e seus cidadãos, mas também uma nova forma de fazer a lei, um novo paradigma em que os cidadãos sintam verdadeiramente integrada.
