Therewere no post-operative complications.Una serie de 28 colecistectomías de elecciónconsecutivos y no seleccionadas, fueron efectuadas poruna incisión cutánea de 5 a 8 cm.No se constataron dificultades técnicas insalvables. Laincisión sólo se amplió en dos circunstancias: a)emplazamiento inadecuado y b) litiasis coledocianaasintomática asociada.La colangiografía preoperatoria transcística se efectuóen todos los casos.Consideramos que la ecografía previa para determinar latopografía exacta de la vesícula y del pedículo hepáticoes fundamental.
