Peritonitisand pneumo-peritonitis were diagnosed 5 hours after the patient's admission into hospital. Anatomical and ,pathogenic characteristics were those of a vascularlesion secondary to high pressure distension. These anatomical lesions have not been reported in similar cases found in literature. |
