Esophagectomy without thoracotomy in grade IV megaesophagus
The authors present a patient with grade IV megaesophagus, studied by means of radiology and endoscopy and tested tor Chagasic etiology. An elective tactic of esophagectomy without thoracotomy was performed with good postoperative evolution.
