During postoperatory both developedgrave septic cholangitis with renal insufficiency and were reoperated as urgencies in order to drain the common tract duct with tubes. When their condition improved, wide hepatico - choledoco - jejunostomies were performed. Intrahepatic lithiasis is rare iri Uruguay and coincidence of this compÍication in two successive patients renders it even more unusual. |
